Gomti Nagar, Lucknow, UP - 226010, and all related services
(collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our website, filling any form, or enrolling in any course, workshop or program,
you ("you", "student", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old to enrol in our programs.
- If you are under 18 years of age, consent of a parent/guardian is required.
- By registering, you represent that the information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
3. Courses & Programs
We offer offline / hybrid skill-based programs such as (including but not limited to):
- Performance Marketing Mastery
- Meta Ads Fundamentals
- Google Ads & SEM
- Workshops, masterclasses and other short-term programs
We reserve the right to modify the course curriculum, schedule, trainer(s),
batch size, teaching methodology, or location, at any time to improve the
learning experience or due to operational reasons.
4. Enrolment & Payments
- Enrolment is confirmed only after receipt of the required fee (full or part as per plan) and our confirmation.
- We may offer instalment / EMI options via third-party payment partners. Approval of EMI is at the sole discretion of the payment partner / bank.
- By making a payment, you authorise us and our payment gateway to process your transaction.
- All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive / exclusive of applicable taxes as mentioned on the invoice.
5. Use of Content & Intellectual Property
- All content shared in classes, LMS, PDFs, videos, assignments, presentations, and on the website is our intellectual property or used with permission.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the learning material solely for your personal education.
- You must not record, share, resell, publish, distribute, or reproduce any course content without our prior written consent.
6. Student Conduct
While using our Services, you agree that you will not:
- Engage in disruptive behaviour in class (offline or online).
- Harass, abuse, or disrespect trainers, staff, or other students.
- Share login credentials or misuse access to any online material.
- Use our brand name for unauthorised promotions or misrepresent yourself as our employee/partner.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the course without refund
in case of serious misconduct, academic dishonesty, or violation of these Terms.
7. Attendance & Completion
- Regular attendance is crucial to achieve learning outcomes.
- Eligibility for any certificate may require a minimum attendance percentage and completion of assignments/projects as defined for each program.
- We do not guarantee completion certificates if you fail to meet the minimum requirements.
8. Placement & Earnings Disclaimer
- We may provide placement assistance, interview preparation, and freelance guidance, but we do not guarantee a job, specific salary, or income.
- Any earning or placement figures shared in marketing or testimonials are illustrative and may vary from person to person based on skill, effort, and market conditions.
9. Third-Party Tools & Links
Our courses may involve using third-party tools/platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads,
analytics tools, payment gateways, communication tools). We are not responsible for:
- Downtime, changes, or issues in third-party tools/platforms.
- Any data loss or charges incurred while using such tools.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability, for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services, shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific course in which the issue arose.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SkillPe, its founders, trainers, employees,
and partners from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services,
violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of a third party.
12. Changes to Courses & Fees
- We reserve the right to change course fees, structure, duration, or inclusions at any time.
- Fee revisions will not apply retroactively to students already enrolled in a confirmed batch.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the
"Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in
Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
