Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. General Policy

At SkillPe, we put significant effort into planning batches, faculty schedules, and infrastructure. To maintain quality and fairness, we follow the below refund and cancellation policy for all our programs.

2. Course Fees & Payment Modes

  • Course fees can be paid via UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, wallets or cash at our centre.
  • Instalments / EMIs may be available through third-party payment partners. Any EMI approval, interest, or processing fees are controlled by the bank / partner and not by us.
  • All fees paid are recorded and a receipt is issued (digital or physical).

3. Refunds Before Batch Start

  • If you decide to cancel your enrolment 7 days or more before the batch start date:
    • You may be eligible for a refund of up to 80% of the fees paid, after deducting administrative/processing charges.
  • If you cancel within 7 days but at least 48 hours before the batch start date:
    • Up to 50% of the fees paid may be refunded, subject to management approval.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the batch start date:
    • No refund will be provided. However, you may request a batch transfer (see Section 6).

4. Refunds After Batch Start

  • Once the batch has started and you have attended any session, fees are generally non-refundable.
  • In exceptional cases (medical emergencies, relocation, etc.), partial refunds or batch transfers may be considered at the sole discretion of the management. Supporting documents may be requested.

5. EMI / Loan-Based Payments

  • If you have opted for EMI / loan through a third-party finance partner, any cancellation of EMI or loan is subject to that partner's policies.
  • We are not responsible for EMI interest, penalties, or loan-related charges.
  • Refunds (if approved) will be processed to the original payment source as per the partner’s process and may be adjusted against outstanding EMIs.

6. Batch Transfer / Rescheduling

  • You may request to transfer to a later batch of the same course, subject to:
    • Seat availability in the requested batch.
    • Payment of any batch transfer fee (if applicable).
    • Approval from our academic/admin team.
  • Fees already paid will be adjusted against the new batch; any fee difference due to revised pricing must be paid additionally.
  • Batch transfer is allowed only once for a particular enrolment unless explicitly approved otherwise.

7. Short-Term Workshops / Events

  • For one-day or short-term workshops/masterclasses:
    • Fees are generally non-refundable once paid.
    • In case we cancel or reschedule the event, you will be offered either a full refund or a seat in the next available session.

8. Course Cancellation by Institute

  • In rare cases, if we cancel a batch or course due to insufficient enrolments, trainer unavailability, or unforeseen circumstances:
    • You will be offered an option to:
      • Transfer to another batch/course, or
      • Receive a 100% refund of the fees paid for that batch.
  • Our liability in such cases is limited only to the refund of course fees paid to us; we are not liable for any other consequential costs (travel, accommodation, etc.).

9. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to attend classes without prior intimation, it will be treated as a "no-show".
  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Batch transfer will be at the sole discretion of management.

10. Online Content Access

  • If your course includes access to recordings, LMS, or digital materials, such access is a value-added feature and does not alter the core refund policy.
  • Once digital material is accessed, it may impact eligibility for any refund claims.

11. Refund Process & Timelines

  • All refund requests must be sent in writing to info@rankboosterinfotech.com from your registered email ID or via a written application at our centre.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment method (or as mutually agreed).
  • Processing times may vary based on your bank / payment gateway.

12. Non-Refundable Charges

  • Registration fees, convenience/processing charges by the payment gateway, and applicable taxes may be non-refundable.
  • Any promotional discounts or coupons availed may not be encashable or refunded.
